Kwame is an indigenous artist creating artwork inspired by tribal culture from blending African style masks into portraits or creating characters based on tribal groups around the world.

Describe your style
My artistic style is very much realism but diverse in the fact that I can step outside of that space and be more experimental and abstract with my subjects.

How did you get started?
I started drawing at the age of 6 when I was living in Jamaica and quickly fell in love with the process of. I continued on and off until studying fine art.

What motivates you?
Life motivates me... from people and their mannerisms, nature and its constant state of flow or just the way light and shadow affects an object.
